An offsite focusing on management

Please note that the first offsite is scheduled on September 24th, 25th and 26th with an arrival on September 24th at 3pm and a departure on September 26th after a light lunch at 1pm.

This program spans 5 weeks in a hybrid format, featuring online and in-person masterclasses (3 to 5 hours a week), offsites, and clinics. In-person events will be hosted in three locations around Zagreb, Rijeka, and Split.
The call for applications remains open, aiming to complete the program with 150 CEOs and 3 cohorts by the end of 2025. Please note that we will need a minimum of 3 weeks to review your application, hence the following deadlines for registration to be part of the cohort. You will be informed about your participation to your preferred cohort 3 weeks in advance. Additionally, please note that the number of selected CEOs per cohort will be limited to 50.

Number of employees: 10-250
Turnover: minimum 500,000 Euros
Operations: more than 3 years
Please note that this program is only opened to CEO. In some cases, managing directors will be eligible.
